The ARTC initiates policy reforms to decrease sexual violence and abuse, change discriminatory practices, and give victims important rights and protections in the systems and institutions with which they interact when they seek help. The RTC also provides public education and consultation, including working with writers and journalists to foster accurate portrayals of rape in the media.
