I always love it when the rapists and other criminals serve their jail terms repenting and try to be good persons.

This afternoon the judge who was hearing my case, where I applied to keep Rwengo Moses in prison so he can serve all his jail term was in total agreement with me. “The police doesn’t have enough man power to ensure that the serial rapist doesn’t strike again.”

Moses raped gruesomely raped several women in just two years. He has been sent back to the coolers.

This is success to all the women and children in this neighborhood. Moses won’t be walking these streets sooner.

Tomorrow he will be released on health grounds but am confident the Ugandan police doesn’t have a 24/7 capacity to keep an eye on him.

He raped 9 women in just 2yrs, how are we sure this monster won’t strike again. It might be me or a friend, or your mother or sister or anybody.

Though am taking care of Samuel who is critically sick, I have to file an application at the High Court today so that Moses’s release is delayed till Police assures the residents of security.

I can’t stay now.
